Lion King - Magnificent!
The animal costumes were truly remarkable in 'Rapunzel! Rapunzel! A Very Hairy Fairy Tale'. We, of course, were familiar with the story and music, but were spellbound by the performance. The orchestra was wonderful, and the performers were all very talented. The realistic costumes were also whimsical. We did miss Zazu's "Morning Report" song, although. We hope this performance was the first of many more outings with our grandchildren to see touring Broadway shows, maybe even at Broadway someday. We might even be able to convince our 9 year old grandson to come along.
